  • All members of your team must abide by the tournament rules
  • P100 per member registration fee is required

II. FINALIZATIONS

  • Further documents of Terms and Agreements will be presented to you personally after submitting this registration form
  • You understand that this is a PRE-REGISTRATION process and you ARE NOT FULLY REGISTERED until your team pays the required REGISTRATION FEES
  • Your team, or your team leader must go to your respective Cafe and pay the registration fee IMMEDIATELY.
